Who we are
ABOS — the Autonomous Business Operating System — is built and operated by Investera Holdings, a family-operated holding company that owns and runs commercial cleaning and facility-services businesses.
We didn’t set out to build software. We set out to run our own companies better. As we scaled, we built an operating system to handle the back office — finding leads, sending proposals, chasing collections, retaining clients, asking for reviews, coordinating crews, and reporting on all of it in one place. It worked so well for our businesses that we productized it for other service-business owners. That product is ABOS.
Why that matters
Most automation tools are built by software companies that have never run a route, lost an anchor contract, or stayed up rebuilding a schedule after a crew called off. We have. ABOS is shaped by the realities of actually operating service businesses, which is why it fits the way you work instead of forcing you into someone else’s workflow. When you talk to us, you’re talking to operators.
What we believe
We believe owner-led service businesses are some of the best businesses in the world — and that their owners spend far too much of their time being the back office instead of leading the company. Systems, not heroics, are what make a business dependable and valuable. ABOS exists to put real systems in the hands of owners who can’t yet justify a full department for every function.
